Mit Wirkung zum 01.10.2011 übernimmt Gailing GmbH bei einem Kunden in Ludwigsburg die Produktionsver- und -entsorgung. Hierzu gehören der Wareneingang, innerbetriebliche Transport und der Warenausgang.
Besonders hierbei ist die Warenannahme von kleinen Einzelteile,
meist als Sonderanfertigung in kleinen Stückzahlen und dem Warenausgang von großen, hochwertigen Produktionsmaschinen.
Im ersten Step konnten 15 neue Mitarbeiter eingestellt werden.
Eine wichtige Aufgabe ist die Optimierung der logistischen Abläufe mit dem Ziel der Verkürzung von Durchlaufzeiten, Bestandsoptimierung
und besseren Ressourcenverfügbarkeit.
Ziel beider Partner ist eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit und der Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehung.

To meet the increased customer demands and the internationalization to take the account, has Gailing GmbH re-certified by Certification Company DQS. Hereby, the demands of the IQNet certificate are met. Although a quality certification existed since 1998, the Gailing GmbH has set up the quality managements systems new, expanded and the requirements fulfilled very successful. After more than 50 years, Gailing is moving to a new warehouse and logistics building in the Stuttgart-Weilimdorf industrial park on 1 January 2010. The new premises offer 3000m² of heated, secured space which will enable us to meet our customers’ and our own growing demands even more efficiently. A special feature of the site is the physically separate handling and storage space. This will enable us to meet even the most stringent customer demands for secure storage. Additional adjacent storage space is available as an option.
